20 to 26 September 2026, Val di Fassa celebrates autumn with a rich programme of experiences dedicated to local flavours, nature and mountain traditions.
Chefs, farmers, producers and local artisans invite guests to discover wild herbs, honey, cheeses, mushrooms, craft beer, products from the forest and specialities of Ladin cuisine.

20 September – Törggelen in a mountain hut
From 4:00 pm | Penia di Canazei
Autumn begins in a traditional mountain hut with
Törggelen, a South Tyrolean tradition celebrating the season with local food and conviviality. After a pleasant walk to the hut, Chef Alessandro Bellettato serves an Alpine-style snack with cured meats and cheeses, Schüttelbrot, canederli and Schlutzkrapfen.

21 September – A bouquet on the plate
From 3:00 pm | Ecogreen Fiores
A meeting between nature, agriculture and cuisine. At
Ecogreen Fiores, discover medicinal plants and flowers grown in the valley and transformed into herbal teas, infusions, syrups and natural cosmetics.
The experience ends with a tasting prepared by Chef Nicola Vian:
poached egg with wild herbs, cheese foam and polenta chips.

22 September – Art in the fields: brunch & creativity
From 10:00 am | Zucoria Restaurant, Pozza di Fassa
Local vegetables and creativity come together in an experience celebrating seasonal produce. Together with the Zucoria and Piantèr teams, discover autumn vegetables while plant scraps are transformed into
natural pigments to personalise a cotton tote bag.
The experience also includes a delicious
brunch.

23 September – From the forest to the table
From 9:00 am | Canazei – Mazzin
Hop on an
e-bike and head into the woods around Mazzin with a bike guide and Chef Paolo Naccari to discover and identify mushrooms.
Back in Canazei, the ingredients become the stars of a dish prepared at
Osteria La Montanara.

23 September – Mountain beer
From 4:00 pm | Rampeèr Brewery, Campitello di Fassa
Visit the brewery with master brewer Daniel Riz and discover the different stages of craft beer production, using water from Val Duron.
The visit is followed by a
guided tasting of craft beers paired with local Val di Fassa cheeses.

24 September – Stories of bees and meadows
From 3:00 pm | Agritur Ciasa dò Parè, Soraga
An afternoon dedicated to bees and the scents of mountain meadows. Aurora Brunel and Alessandro Suffritti introduce guests to the production of
mountain honey, followed by a tasting of different varieties.
You will also discover some of the valley’s wild herbs, such as thyme, clover and sage.

25 September – From milk to masterpiece
From 10:00 am | Agritur El Mas, Moena
A
masterclass dedicated to mountain cheeses, together with Michelangelo Croce and cheesemaker Peter Decrestina.
Discover a selection of local cheeses, accompanied by Trentino wines, while learning about their production methods, characteristics and stories.

25 September – The call of the deer
From 5:30 pm | Moena
As evening falls, a walk with a wildlife guide leads through the woods above Moena, where you can listen to the evocative
call of the deer during the mating season.
The experience also includes a stop at Agritur El Mas for an aperitif/snack before continuing into the forest.

26 September – Val di Fassa in 5 tastings
From 12:00 pm | Fraine, Pera di Fassa
The grand finale is a true
culinary journey along the Avisio stream.
Five tasting stations offer five interpretations of mountain cuisine, from starter to dessert, with local ingredients creatively reinterpreted by the valley’s chefs.
Smoked trout, porcini gnocchi, local sausage, veal, ricotta, mountain honey and other local ingredients take centre stage in this celebration of autumn flavours.
From
12:30 to 2:00 pm, the tasting is accompanied by live Ladin music by the
PopCorner.
In the afternoon, guests who purchase a tasting can join a
guided walk through the historic village of Pera and discover its most characteristic corners.
