The new rooms were built entirely in bio-architecture, using solid wood with crossbeams, which makes the solid construction earthquake-proof and absolutely eco-friendly. The materials used also have a specific heat capacity which minimizes changes in temperature and heat loss. The furnishing are in natural materials: larch wood floors.
