How far in advance should I book my ski holiday?
Winter in the Dolomites is the most popular season and the best weeks tend to fill up well in advance. For this reason, we open bookings about one year ahead, initially giving priority to our returning guests who choose to spend their holidays with us every season.
If you already have a period in mind for your ski holiday, we recommend booking as early as possible. This way you can calmly choose the room you prefer and secure your desired dates. We will be happy to help you plan your holiday in the snow.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Your room will be ready from 2:30 PM. Early check-in may be possible if the room is already available.
If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone so that we can arrange your access to the hotel.
Your room will be available until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The bill must be settled the afternoon before departure between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM, during reception hours.
Do you have parking for guests?
You can park your car free of charge in our outdoor parking area.
Our parking area also features an electric vehicle charging station. For our guests with electric cars, charging costs €0.65 per kWh.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Your four-legged friend is welcome, upon request, in our
pet-friendly hotel.
For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area or in the wellness area.
The fee for dogs is €15 per day.
Is the wellness area included in the room price?
Access to our spa is included in your stay. Entry is free and no reservation is required.
You will find at your disposal: a heated whirlpool pool (31°C), Finnish sauna, vitarium, Turkish bath, sensory showers, ice waterfall and a quiet relaxation area with comfortable water beds.
In your room you will find a bathrobe, slippers and a sauna towel in the wellness bag.

Do treatments need to be booked in advance?
Our massages and treatments are available by appointment only.
You can book your massage in advance to secure your preferred time by sending us an email or contacting our reception by phone.
Is the hotel close to the ski lifts or ski slopes?
Hotel Lupo Bianco is located directly on the Sellaronda circuit – the famous Four Passes ski tour – in the Dolomiti Superski area, a dream destination for skiers.
In winter our 4-star hotel allows you to start skiing directly from the hotel onto the Sellaronda slopes and explore a spectacular ski tour with 40 km of interconnected slopes.

Do you have a ski or bike storage room?
Store your bike in summer or your skis in winter in our dedicated storage room, designed to keep your equipment safe and well organized.
Each room has its own private locker with a code, so you can safely leave your gear and always find it ready for your next adventure.
After a day in the Dolomites, simply store your equipment and relax knowing everything is safe until your next outing.
Is it possible to request menus for food intolerances or special dietary needs?
To offer you the best possible service, we kindly ask you to inform us about any food allergies or intolerances both at the time of booking and at check-in.
Our kitchen can offer some gluten-free alternatives; however, we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination.
Is the restaurant open for lunch?
Our hotel offers half board with breakfast and dinner included.
At lunchtime you can enjoy our à la carte restaurant, tasting traditional Trentino dishes on our panoramic outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the Sella Group.
We also invite you to visit Lolly Stube, our cosy Ladin-style restaurant open to external guests as well.
